  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • During Indian public holidays or festive seasons, dispatch may extend to 72 hours.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Note: These timelines are indicative. Delays may occur due to payment authorisation, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays & External Factors

While we strive for punctual deliveries, certain factors may be beyond our control:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or local disruptions
  • National/public holidays

  • Incomplete or incorrect address/contact details

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for delays or returns caused by inaccurate information or missed deliveries.

Returns & Reverse Shipping

  • We provide one-time FREE reverse pickup for returns/exchanges within India.

  • Additional returns/exchanges for the same order will incur shipping charges borne by the customer.

  • Items purchased under discounts, offers, or promo codes are not eligible for returns.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will reflect only the net amount paid after discounts.

Packaging & Unboxing

Every order is packed in a premium, tamper-proof box, designed to make your unboxing experience memorable.

  • Please inspect the parcel at delivery and do not accept packages that appear damaged or opened.

  • For smooth resolution of claims, we recommend recording a 360° unboxing video when opening your package.
